This is a FREE Support Circle for Veterans, Military, First Responders and Their Families. We will come together with empathy and compassion, and take a walk through Self-Care. In a cohort style, Peer engagement, this Circle will meet Wednesdays at 11:00am for 6 weeks starting on 18 January, 2023. The goal of this Circle is to improve Self-Care, Goal Building, and Build Healthy Relationships with your Peers. It is my hope that this Circle brings Healing and Growth for those who need it.
