This workshop is good for anyone struggling with, emotional, mental and or spiritual blocks/issues in their life. Join holistic psychotherapist Cathy Foytik, LISW-S, CRMP, CRP, ACHT, CPTL, ORDM in a guided group hypnotherapy and subtle energy experience to release what no longer serves you at the mind, body & soul level. You will be guided through a journey to take you back in time through guided regressions. Some individuals regress to a past life, some regress to early childhood and some regress to an in-womb experience. The regressed altered state will help you identify specific blocks in your life via past events and engage you in a full mind/body/soul release. You will also experience a mind/body soul retrieval resulting in leaving the workshop feeling fully refreshed, reclaimed, grounded and hopeful! -Notes: *Bring your own yoga mat/pillows/blankets for your own comfort (we have limited supply on hand.) *We will be on the floor the entire time, but we have chairs available for those unable to lay. *Dress comfortably with loose fitting, and light or bright colored clothes (the lighter and brighter the better-think neon.) *Bring with you an eye mask, journal, writing utensil, water bottle/tea, and anything else you may need for your comfort. *Most importantly, bring an open mind & heart. *** An advanced reservation ticket is required to reserve your spot.
