What to expect: During the first 30 minutes, we will go over Ear Seeding and you will get to choose up to 3 points to focus on for the evening. Ear Seeds will then be placed on your specified points and can be left on for up to 5 days thereafter. Each attendee will leave with a goodie bag of your own personal single use Ear Seeds and chart to use at home! We will end the night with a 60 minute powerful vibrational journey through the use of high vibration instruments. Enjoy a guided meditation Ground with Crystal Singing Bowls Cleanse with the elemental healing of water chimes, wave drums and tuning forks + more *Please dress comfortably and arrive 5 minutes early in order to get settled. *Yoga mats and cushions WILL NOT be provided for this event. But please feel free to bring your own blankets, pillows and whatever else you need to lay down comfortably.
