Description

Lets make our 2023 Vision Boards together! Don’t you just love this time of year? It’s filled with new opportunities, fresh starts, and lots of possibilities! And it’s a GREAT time to get clear about what you really want … and it’s even better if you can have some fun and inspiration along the way. Vision boards can be an awesome tool to meet your goals – especially when you know a few tricks of the trade! We’ll get inspired, learn a few secrets for creating effective vision boards that actually work, and then we’ll discover how to use vision boards to get the absolute most benefit from them! THEN, we’ll create our very own vision boards to put to use after we leave the workshop. Our theme is Hold the Vision & Trust the Process. We'll have Charcuterie, locally harvested teas from Overlook Farms and guidance from Rachel Hupp, a holistic health practitioner. Rachel helps her clients manage stress & shift their mindset through mindfulness, yoga, and energy work so they have the energy and freedom to live their dream life. Attendees will experience auditory inspiration and visualize 2023 in an optimistic and supportive environment with new friends! Great.Full Goods will be open with self-care kits and other feel-good items discounted as well as 20% off all refills. TICKET OPTIONS: $23 - BYO Board: This option is for you if you already have the perfect board for this year's vision board or if you know exactly what you want to bring. $30 - Buy a Board: If you'd prefer to include a blank board with your ticket price, you'll have the option to add it on at checkout for just $7 more. Meet Your Hosts: Melissa (Mel) is the owner/founder of Great.full Goods. She is also a Mom of 4, lover of cooking and all things food, Sign Language Interpreter, Digital Creative and self-proclaimed Sustainability Witch. Great.Full Goods is a dream come true: Mel has the freedom and energy to spend more time with her family, give her community an accessible location to reduce their plastic waste, support small businesses and meet tons of amazing customers that she also considers her newest friends! Rachel is a certified health and life coach and registered yoga teacher. She meets clients where they're at on their wellness journey and educates and empowers them to make healthier choices around food, exercise, and lifestyle. She empowers her coaching clients to stop self-sabotage, reprogram their mind, master their emotions, and stop negative thinking. As a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT® 500/E-RYT® 200/YACEP) registered with the Yoga Alliance, Rachel studied yoga philosophy, compassionate functional movement, anatomy, relaxation, mindfulness and meditation.
