handyman needed to replace vinyl soffit on commerical building. you will need to have : 1. pick up to transport the replacement vinyl 2. very tall A frame ladder 3. carpentary background 4. tolls needed to cut and trim the vinyl soffit. 5. references you will need to go to home depot, pick up the siding and bring it to the job site and install. about 3 fans will need to come down and be capped.
