Must have valid driver's license, dependable transportation (truck) and tools. Salary based on experience and leadership abilities.. Responsibilities and Duties Finish Carpentry and Trim work mostly Capable of following direction, providing leadership for rest of crew with little supervision, positive attitude and communication skills. Install, adjust and trim out door & windows Install crown molding, baseboards & other trim-out Build entertainment center/built-ins, staircase and treads/handrailing Punch-out for final stage of house (adjustment-repairs) Other tasks include installing siding, outdoor ceilings, misc work as needed.
