Local company is looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Handyman to conducts home and business general upkeep and repairs. Responsibilities: • Complete all general upkeep and cleaning • Perform maintenance and light repairs • Perform routine yard work and landscaping • Paint and fill gaps or crevices (on walls, sidewalks etc.) • Maintain the cleanliness of outside spaces such as parking lots and sidewalks. Qualifications and requirements • High school diploma or equivalent • Previous experience in a similar role • Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems • Physical ability to remain standing for the majority of your shift • Hand on experience with hand and electrical tools • Good communication skills • Must be reliable and have own transportation • Requires ability to walk, stand, carry materials, stoop, kneel, bend at waist, and climb. • Must lift and stack objects on a regular basis.
