Flow into 2023 with you in Mind! Join Flowtious Soul Yoga and Pure Soul Restaurant for Vegan & Yoga 1/7/23 ! Each ticket includes admission to the class, 1 Drink, 1 Main, & 1 Signature Side from Pure Soul. There is also the option to get a Yoga only ticket without the meal. Class is indoors and starts at 11:30am. Registration and food orders will happen between 11:15am-11:30 am. Please be advised as this is a new offering, there is a minimum of 5 participants. If for some reason the class is unable to reach the minimum, your ticket will either be rescheduled or refunded. Thank you in advance for understanding! About Flowtious Soul Yoga: Flowtious Soul Yoga is owned and operated by Tiana Sherrod. Tiana is a 500 hr Certified Yoga Teacher as well as Licensed Mental Health Therapist in her private practice, The Healing Corner, PLLC. Tiana has been able to offer yoga in the form of Community Events, Corporate Wellness Yoga Classes, Yoga for various Non Profit Organizations, Yoga within Schools and private 1-1 sessions/classes. to raise awareness around the beneifts mindfulness and stillness. Tiana has the desire to provide a safe and trauma-informed space for others to explore alternative methods of prioritizing their self care, healing and mental health especially within the Black Community. It is her belief that a holistic approach is vital to healing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle based on each individual’s personal journey.
