Lifecare Wellness Counseling Group is a Safe Place and Ally. This event will be led by one of our licensed counselors, Melissa Nippert. The topic, "Internalizing Pressures of Self & Others", is to allow open discussion for having to be at odds with who you are and your identity, and who everyone else expects you to be. Internalizing pressures can cause anxiety, stress, depression and makes it hard balancing emotions and thought processes. Come join us at Lifecare Wellness, be given tools by our counselor, Melissa, to learn how to handle these types of feelings and situations; all while creating relationships with others who have been through or are experiencing similar situations, and feelings.
