This meditative sonic journey is designed to help you release anything that no longer serves you as we transition from 2022, to flow with peace into 2023. Choreographed to encourage reduction of stress, tension, pain, and anxiety, and to foster a state of deep peace and relaxation. Resonate Sound Baths are recommended as complimentary support for every-body, but especially those who experience stress, anxiety, general overwhelm, frequent headaches, sleeplessness, digestion issues, chronic pain, or depressed immunity. ***Ages 15 and over event. Event begins promptly at the stated time, doors will be locked, late entry is not permitted, so please arrive 5-10 minutes early. Yoga mats, knee bolsters, and blankets will be provided, please feel free to bring any addition props desired for comfort. Space is limited, register ahead to avoid disappointment. Parking available in front of building, and on 10th ave S. Please do NOT park in rear of building.
