Keeper is looking for a full-time Matchmaker to join our team. ### About us Keeper is a matchmaking startup. Our promise to users is: *“Meet the person who meets all of your standards. Our bet is that a combination of extensive research on marriage, AI tools, and people who care will build an incredibly profitable, impactful product. 💝 Keeper is an early stage startup. We move fast and don’t have much process, but you’ll be trained and supported to do your best work. ### What you'll do: As a Matchmaker for Keeper, you will: - Communicate with clients to understand their preferences - Be available throughout the workday to collaborate with your coworkers - Use matchmaking software and databases to track client progress and connections - Diligently document your processes, successes, failures, and report on outcomes Requirements and responsibilities: - Be a native English speaker - Use Slack to communicate with clients and team members - Work 40 hours per week on a computer with a reliable internet connection - Communicate and follow up with clients to clarify information and address any questions ### Who you are We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping people find love and has the following qualifications: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - An understanding of relationship dynamics - Ability to maintain client confidentiality and handle sensitive information - A genuine desire to help people find their perfect match ### Apply We’re offering USD $15/hour base at 40 hours per week, with the expectation to earn an ever higher commission on ever more successful matches and upsells on services, plus benefits.
