Busy professional looking for a personal assistant to perform a variety of administrative, organizational, and other tasks. Looking for someone responsible, who is motivated, has good organizational skills, pays attention to detail. Must be well-organized and able to complete a variety of tasks in a timely manner. You will be responsible for tasks such as cleaning, organizing, responding to emails, running errands, communicating with clients and vendors, booking services and travel, bookkeeping, updating my calendar, and other special requests. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel. You must also be flexible as full-time employment will be considered. A computer, car, and phone are necessary. Duties include but are not limited to: • Competent in organizational, time management skills • Office management and organization including filing and other office related tasks including composing emails and other correspondences • Ability to compose professional correspondence from notes • Ability to handle multiple priorities • Experience providing support and taking directives • Organize various rooms and spaces • Organizes and prioritizes own assignments to ensure timely and accurate completion of work. • Other duties include making my coffee, doing laundery and folding closes, general cleaning including, dusting, hand washing dishes and cleaning kitchen countertops, cooking utensils, and silverware, thorough cleanse of all counters throughout home, making beds, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors in designated areas of the home, emptying wastebaskets and recycling • Perform other duties as needed You must : • Have a positive attitude, good character, be punctual, and a good work ethic • Demonstrate honesty and integrity at all times • Have transportation and a computer • Have a strong command of the English language, superb communication skills, both written and verbal • Have organizational skills and a keen eye for detail • Be proactive, polished, poised, and professional, with strong time management skills, ability to prioritize your work with minimal supervision • Have project, time management, organizational and problem-solving skills including the ability to articulate progress, concerns and recommendations • Have the ability to perform tasks with frequent interruptions Initial interview will be virtual. There is a potential for bonuses based on performance.
