We are looking for a licensed residential architect to prepare drawings for residential projects, home additions, deck additions, second level additions, and etc... We are looking for someone that knows all architectural building codes and someone who can get building permits for DC, MD, and VA. Candidates must have the following skills: Space planning, floor planning, detailed drawings, shop drawings, good communication skills, lighting planning, electrical planning, and elevations.
