Residential Snow teams consist of one or two people that are responsible for their own route and helping others at the end of the shift. Commercial Plowing consists of one person and is responsible for their own route and helping others at the end of the shift. Initial compensation varies with skill, experience and technical knowledge. BENEFITS INCLUDE: Weekly Pay Up to two weeks paid time off 30 hours a week guaranteed per week for winter work Health Insurance Christmas Bonuses Allowance for phone IRA w/3% match Continuing Paid Education and Training Working outdoors REQUIREMENTS: MUST HAVE VALID DRIVER LICENSE & LOVE WORKING OUTDOORS! NOT REQUIRED BUT A PLUS: Snow removal experience a plus. Problem solving skills, leadership and proven time management. PREFERRED SKILLS: Previous snow experience and/or lawn care background helpful.
