2007 Dodge Sprinter "Stall Test Fail"

Vehicle 2007 Dodge Sprinter Van (built by Mercedes Benz). 3.0L Turbo Diesel, 240,000 miles, never wrecked. VIN: WD0PE745375162305 Issue Won't accelerate when parked if small amount of rolling resistance such as a driving up on a ramp or over a bump. When parked, if apply both fuel pedal and brake at same time, engine will not rev high. Vehicle prone to being stuck if parked in a bumpy or loose sand area. Vehicle drives fine once it takes off except I have noticed the transmission making a loud "thump" occasionally. If vehicle won't move due to minor rolling resistance, it must be towed or pushed to get it going in which case drives normal. Troubleshooting Lead Sprinter technician at Mercedes dealer in N. Orlando and other diesel mechanics could not find any code. They apparently cannot proceed unless a code shows up. Transmission fluid and filter replaced by AAMCO who could not find any issue. Turbo inspected, good. Posted on Sprinter-Forum.com, nobody could solve. No computer / OBD codes, no dash warning lights. All recalls performed.
