Worthington Christian Village is a great place to work offering a total ministry to the senior adults of Central Ohio. We currently have several positions open within our facility. Our food services department is looking for cooks, servers, and utility workers. The ideal candidate will interact well with our senior residents, kitchen staff, and be dependable. 1st and 2nd shift and full and part time opportunities are available. Flexible schedule and no late nights! We do hire minors-this is a great 1st job opportunity to gain valuable experience. General Description *Assists with seating, selection of menu items, and delivery of meals to residents and guests. Ensures that every Resident, Volunteer, Guest and Staff member has a pleasant dining experience. Maintains cleanliness and organization in all working areas, at all times. Duties and Responsibilities: *Maintain a spirit of teamwork and cooperation in dealing with Dietary employees, residents, guests and other staff. *Assisting residents and guests with seating and selection of menu items. *Pour beverages after the residents are seated for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner service.
