Retired, formerly licensed RE Broker with 30+ years of experience is seeking others of same mind to exchange ideas and expertise on real estate investing; flipping houses/land/commercial properties; acquisition of distressed properties whether ugly or beautiful, and for general social interactions. REIA, while it has appeal to some, does not do it for me and never has. I believe in informality and not charging dues for any reason including offering "speakers" whose sole purpose is to sell you expensive courses that I used to teach others for free.
