Private Chef and Bartender

My family is having a gathering/party over the weekend of Jan 28th. We are looking for: * Private Chef and Waiter (cooking for about 12 people) Saturday, January 28th to eat at 7pm. We have a kitchen with 2 ovens, microsave, 5 gas burners and a portable 2-place electric grill. If required Chef can have 1-2 assistants/sous chefs, etc. We will likely require 1 paid test meal for 2-5 people in advance. We assume this is 2-4 people, 1 Chef, 1 Waiter, and optionally 1-2 assistants. * Bartender for Friday, Jan 27th ~7-11pm AND Saturday, Jan 28th 5pm-11pm. You should be prepared to make various cocktails/mixed drinks (shaken/blended/stirred) and several Old Fashioneds.
