Compensation in the form of a FULL rent reduction (heat included). Must be able to work M-F between the hours of 11 and 4 (some flexibility). Work is performed in a model office and on property. A separate apartment for your private residence will be provided on the property. Duties would include answering phones, returning calls, showing available units, processing applications, preparing paperwork, giving tours, and being a team player. Good communication skills are a must. No computer experience is necessary but it is helpful.
