Handyman for suburban estate home

Team is seeking a handyman to assist existing crew on the upgrading and ongoing maintenance of a large estate home in a gated community in Oak Brook. Ideal candidate will be skilled in various trades especially plumbing, electric, and carpentry. Ideal candidate does work at a high level consistent with extremely high end residential homes. Current team includes 4 skilled tradesmen and we are seeking a 5th for renovation projects and ongoing maintenance. Work will be 3-5 days per week for the next 2-3 months and then ongoing maintenance, as needed. Incredible project and the opportunity for additional work down the line. If you are a high skilled tradesman / handyman and looking to have consistent inside work for the next 2-3 months (during winter) of 3-5 days per week allowing for you to take on other outside projects a couple days a week as well, feel free to respond to this posting. Candidates will meet with project manager to interview by phone and then come out to the job site to see the work. Looking to hire immediately. Pay is $25-30 per hour based on experience.
