ABM IndustriesHiring: Cleaner/Snow Removal Location: Chicago, IL Pay: $23.00/hour Shift: Part TimeJob DescriptionEssential FunctionsOn Call - Seasonal position JUST for snow removal starting at 11pm-12pm and working until the next day about 5pm-6pm till snow removal is done up to the City Expectation. (Snow removal is done overnight / early evening). Employee must be able to removal snow from 2 inches – 20 inches or more. Must be able to show up if called within an hour.Cleans and maintains buildings/facilities.Notifies managers concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systemsEstablishes and maintains effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.Complies with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities.Cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.ResponsibilitiesMust maintain equipment in good working order.Monitors building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and possibly checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created.Miscellaneous duties as assignedQualificationsMust be 18 years of age or olderMust meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable), including ten-year work history if availablePreferred Qualifications:Customer Service Experience1 yr. of similar work experienceCategory: Cleaning and JanitorABM (NYSE: ABM) is a leading provider of facility solutions with revenues of approximately $6.4 billion and over 130,000 employees in 300+ offices deployed throughout the United States and various international locations.
