Purchase + deliver Christmas tree to disabled couple

Our organization needs someone to shop for + deliver a Christmas tree to a family in East Hartford, CT. Specifically, the person who does this job would need to: 1. Shop for the following: - Christmas tree (~5ft natural tree) - Tree stand - Lights - Ornaments 2. Deliver them to the family in East Hartford To give you a bit more background, my family and I have a nonprofit where we deliver Christmas trees (plus a stand, lights, and ornaments) to a families who otherwise wouldn't be able to get one. We have a family in East Hartford who has requested a tree, and we need help from someone (hopefully you!) who can do the shopping + deliver the goods. We can obviously handle payment for items in whatever way makes sense - I could send you the cash beforehand, then you could return anything left over. Trees: Local tree lots are usually best - if you tell them what this is for, they might give us a discount 2. Tree stand + lights: I recommend Lowe's or Home Depot 3. Ornaments (plus ornament hooks): Dollar Tree has good value 4. Misc treats/decorations: Also Dollar Tree The whole package (per family) usually runs ~$125 but that varies depending on prices.
