Hiring someone to clean properties inside and out on a daily basis, always seeking perfection in the work. Duties will consist of: Cleaning Bathrooms, Kitchens, bedrooms, sweeping, and Mopping Taking out and organizing trash Cleaning Exterior perimeter of properties including shoveling snow, removing mud, clearing area of all leaves and debris. Assisting with plumbing repairs and property improvements. Will also assist as construction helper on properties still under renovation or construction. Must be prepared to work inside or outside dressing appropriately for each setting. Must be very very warm when working outside. Must also be prepared to dress with clothes that will get soiled when working as construction helper as its inevitable that everything will get dirty including shoes, boots, etc. Looking for someone that wants to grow with the company and is able to work quickly and efficiently and is always seeking perfection in the work they do.
