The Wellness Circle was created to help provide women with a “wellness toolbox” for dealing with challenges, setbacks, and obstacles. At this event, participants are lovingly invited to explore wellness tools such as short meditations, gentle breathing techniques, free writing exercises, and body movement.
Within a relaxed and judgment-free atmosphere, this experience will encourage stress relief and relaxation - also of self-discovery, and self-exploration.
No previous experience is needed. Please, show up with an open heart, a journal, a favorite pen, and a yoga mat.
