Join me and The SONS OF ITALY Columbus for a night of Music and Dinner to raise money for the victims of the Ischia Landslide in Casamicciola Ischia, Italy. We have a wonderful evening planned featuring the amazingly talented Mark Frye and Phil Clark who will wow you with their "Frank Sinatra Tribute" duo. Both Phil and Mark have played for decades to sold out audiences as veteran, stellar multi-instrumentalists and vocalists with Phil Dirt & The Dozers and The HooDoo Soul Band, among others. Why are we doing this fundraiser? This is the latest update on the Landslide in Ischia; Updates from Ischia report that the death toll from the landslides in Casamicciola Terme is now at eight people dead, with up to four people still missing, and 13 others injured. Search and rescue operations continue as of Monday, November 28, and have now been expanded into the waters surrounding Ischia. Between 15 and 30 homes have been damaged in Casamicciola Terme, and at least 230 people have been displaced. At least eight others have been rescued, and at least 100 people remain isolated due to Via Santa Barbara being blocked in Casamicciola Terme. The port of the city has been closed, and power has been disrupted for dozens of homes.
