At PRG we are dedicated to supporting our breast and gynecological cancer survivors from diagnosis through survivorship. Our January Dayton Peer Support event will be at MVP Dance Fit in Kettering. This event is a SWERK class and snacks! SWERK combines current HipHop style dance moves with some toning exercises to get one Booty-licious bod. Beyonces welcome. No previous dance experience is needed, just come move your body, follow along and have FUN! Our class will be led by Dani Ondreka! She is an Exercise Physiologist, and also an Exercise Oncology Specialist! Make sure to come out and join us! Please be sure to register - space is limited!
