We are a Property Preservation Company in need of reliable, experienced Property Preservation Contractors in the city of Houston and surrounding areas! MUST HAVE experience doing Property Preservation and have knowledge of the preservation industry. MUST HAVE experience doing winterizations and pressure tests. MUST HAVE reliable transportation and be willing to travel. MUST HAVE camera phone capable of taking clear photos. MUST HAVE working capital. MUST BE 1099 ready. Job description: Maintain foreclosed homes by completing requested tasks on a work order and taking detailed photos that show all work performed and all bids placed. Clear and detailed photos are the basis of how we are paid! Duties include but not limited to: Initial securing Recurring grass cuts Debris removal Boarding Winterization  Minor property repairs & Mold abatement/remediation We are looking to build a hard-working, get-the-job-done crew.
