Broadway Suite H Boulder CO 80305 Kitchen K4 In part 2 of the series, Chef Dallas will overview the shaping, proofing, and baking. You will also enjoy tasting this scrumptious assortment of bread! Menu: Classic French BaguetteOlive and Herb FocacciaBriocheWhole Wheat Sourdough with Natural StarterClass check-in is 15 minutes prior to the class. We will start promptly at the scheduled class time. Where will the class be delivered at? Day 1: Kitchen 3 / Day 2: Kitchen 4 Who do I contact with questions? Class registrations can be refunded through Eventbrite up to 7 days prior to the class date. Class registrations are non-refundable less than 7 days prior to the class. Missed classes may not be made up. The school reserves the right to cancel any class not meeting enrollment standards and to change recipes based on product availability. *It is extremely rare for a class to be canceled due to weather. Is there an age requirement? Students under the age of 18 may attend our classes when they register and attend the class with a parent or guardian.   Is there a dress code? This is a hands-on cooking event. Please wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. For safety reasons, please do not wear shorts, skirts or sandals. If you have long hair, please pull it back during class.
