60 yr old guitarist and vocalist looking for likeminded relics to get together a few times a month to jam old punk tunes. No gigging agenda. Be honest, decent cover bands playing classic rock can’t get booked these days so the prospect of a punk band playing out seems slim. Just keeping expectations real. Sure I’d gig. I’m just saying it’s not super realistic. I have a studio, drums, PA, amps, mics, video production stuff and all that other stuff needed to effortlessly pull this off. Looking for…. Another guitarist (I can do leads but a proper lead axe slinger would be ideal), a drummer, bassist, and though I can sing (I sing lead in a rockabilly band) a true lead singer would be welcomed! Since this project is about fun each member picks songs not just me. For what it’s worth my taste lies with the Buzzcocks, Damned, Dead Boys, X, Dickies, Cramps, Jam, Stiff Little Fingers, Clash, Cramps, Johnny Thunders, DKs, Black Flag and lots of old obscure stuff. You get the idea.
