Mi Parea, a sustainable events business, will be hosting a festive holiday soiree and film screening of Deep in the Heart - a beautiful new film celebrating Texas’ iconic wildlife - at Echoes, a new bar in Montrose/Museum District. Sustainable signature cocktails and special concessions inspired by the film will be available for purchase. 100% of profits from sales will benefit Citizens’ Environmental Coalition (CEC), an environmental non-profit that works to foster dialogue, education, and collaboration on environmental issues in the Greater Houston area. SCHEDULE 5:30 PM: Doors Open - Social Hour Come early to pick your seat, enjoy a tasty beverage, and do some last-minute holiday shopping! We've got some great environmental brands and local artists who have donated to the cause. 6:30 PM: Screening Begins - Ticket Holders Only! Once everybody is seated, we will start screening Deep in the Heart . *Ticket required : $5 Tickets in Advance / $10 Tickets at the Door 8:30 PM- 12 AM: Social Hour - Non-Ticket Holders Welcome! Once the film is over, the bar will remain open to the public. There are stairs, as well as a lift. Parking: There is street parking and a parking lot across the street with plenty of spaces.
