- NO IN AND OUT - Colorado Blvd/Catalina Ave Parking access is only available from Sunday, JAN 1st 10am thru Monday JAN 2nd @6am. Parking lot is south of parade at Citizens Bank lot. DRIVING ACCESS TO CROSS thru COLORADO BLVD, ON MORNING OF PARADE ROUTE CLOSES AT 6AM SHARP! NO EXCEPTIONS. There will be an attendant on site. Vehicle owner is responsible for any damage to the vehicle and any loss of property. Please take all valuables with you.
