Main Event: The Harvard Din & Tonics
They are Harvard University’s signature jazz a cappella group, known for their rich tradition of musical and performance excellence. Their repertoire centers around American jazz standards, but also frequently includes pop, disco, and folk music. These world-touring Harvard students — who perform in white tie and tails, garnished with lime green socks (and/or will it be pocket squares?) — have an enviable reputation for their impeccable musicality, snappy choreography, and hilarious antics.
Opening Artist: The All-American Boys Chorus
They have sung for some of the nation’s more prestigious audiences — from U.S. presidents to well-known celebrities. They have performed with some of today’s most successful vocalists — including the Pentatonix, Sarah McLachlan, Josh Groban, David Benoit, and Taylor Hicks. Now, the All-Americans can soon add the illustrious Din & Tonics to their list of accomplishments.
Or, wait, is it the Din & Tonics who can add the illustrious All-American Boys Chorus to the Dins’ list of “brushes with [vocal] greatness”?
