Cleaner for short-term rental business

Hi all, I am looking for a cleaner to help my team out for cleaning our second floor unit. This position would involve someone who is committed to this business, being on-call, and flexible. There may be times where a guest stays for 4 nights, leaves the next day and will require a cleaner to come in between 12-4pm as the cleaning window and clean the entire property, staging, and doing laundry and linens. A guest may arrive on the same day at 4:30pm so having this window to clean must be met. This role would also include the cleaner to help be the eyes for the property and keep track of inventory and buying essentials that are running low such as toilet paper and paper towels. These purchases made by the cleaner will be reimbursed and/or provided a prepaid card to buy these essentials. This cleaner must be reliable, great at communicating, and being honest and trustworthy.
