Westie looking for a good home

My mom passed away and her dog needs a home. Shes a 5ish year old full blooded Westie named Stella. My vet guessed 4 years but I think shes a little older than that. She LOVES people and is so sweet. She gets along with my dog just fine until there is food, petting, or toys involved then she growls and snaps at him. She is very aggressive towards my cat and I think she would hurt a cat if she got ahold of it so she should really not be around any other animals. She was just groomed and is fully caught up on all of her shots now. She has Lyme disease but is asymptomatic and on antibiotics and scheduled for a booster shot in Jan in Milroy. Shes healthy other than that. She is potty trained during the day but she has peed on the floor at night a few times. We just bought a crate to train her with and she will come with it as well as a full year of flea and tick meds, harness, leash, toys, ect. She doesn't know any verbal commands but shes smart and I think she will learn quickly. I want to make sure she will go to a good home so I will want to meet you and have her meet you before we agree to an adoption. I am asking for a $200 re-homing fee to ensure she goes somewhere nice.
