Ray Isaac is quickly becoming one of the nation’s top football development coaches! Ray has a unique hands-on approach that both players and parents love. His meticulous and repetitive way of coaching is a sight to see! Having been a Head Coach and player in various professional football leagues, as well as an Offensive Coordinator at many schools across the country, Ray has plenty of expertise in the area of coaching. Having a massed nearly 25 years of coaching and playing experience at various levels, continuing on to receive a Master’s degree in Sports Management and Leadership, as well as a B.A. in Communication, Ray Isaac and key officials have developed a well-structured program dedicated to the success, refreshment, and effectiveness of coaches across the nation! Ray led the Youngstown State University Penguins from 1988-91 where he compromised a three year record of 32-8 with an average of 10 wins a season and three consecutive playoff appearances. In 1990, under Ray Isaac’s leadership, Youngstown State was the only undefeated, united team in America. Ray ultimately led the Penguins to their first National Championship in 1991! The Sniper School Camp will feature some of the Nations Best College Coaches & Pro Trainers!
