Our six course New Year's Eve Dinner Menu will be available for two dinner seatings, 7pm and 9pm. The menu was designed and curated by our culinary team led by our Executive Chef Martell Lorenz. This menu was inspired by his vast culinary talents and designed to astound even the most discerning plate. Includes access to NYE Gala which includes a private environment exclusive to hotel guests only for New Year's Eve featuring two DJ's and dancing areas, a sparkling wine midnight toast, balloon drop, and photobooth. This ticket does NOT include hotel room or New Year's Day Brunch. Event ends at 1:30am 1/1/23.
