Electrician Needed in Miami Beach - Start Today Work entails: - Troubleshooting and fix our pool heater that seem to have power to it but does not work (perhaps too low voltage) (we have a new one with same issue) - Troubleshooting a couple of outlets - Troubleshooting and fixing a couple of lamps - Among other things We have been in business for over 30 years through tough times and booming times. We are real estate investors and flippers who mainly work in Miami Beach but sometimes do work in Palm Beach, Orlando, and Tampa Bay. At this time we only need your help in Miami Beach. We are looking to work with a dependable Handymen Intern who cares about quality work and who cares about building up a long-term relationship with us that can last a lifetime. If you feel you are the right person we can work with you either full-time or part-time (pro-rated) consistently. We can teach you a lot about real estate and you can help us with various projects to make this a win-win situation for both of us. Free Parking We typically work from 9.00 am to 5.30 pm (30 min lunch) for 8 hours per day Pay is: $200 per day ($25 per hour for 8 hours) paid per day if you are licensed journeyman (if not licensed but has worked as a professional electrician as speciality pay is $160 per day for 8 hours) We pay with CashApp/Venmo/PayPal/Zelle (your choice) at end of each day to start out and move to weekly payments after the first couple of weeks so you never have to wait for payment. REQUIREMENT: - Send photos of prior work projects or link to your Facebook/Instagram Page of prior projects you have worked on - Years of Education and/or Experience - You must have some of your own general hand tools (what you do not have we provide/rent) - A valid Driver's License - Live in Miami Beach or no more than 10 minutes from South Beach (since we often need quick last-minute maintenance call-outs) - NON-smoker, Drug-free, and must have a Clean background (we do background checks) - Accept payment via Cash App, Zelle, Bank wire, or PayPal Please let us know your education and experience. If we feel you are a match for us we can try you out for a day or two to see how you work.
