Unreal 5 - City Sample - Help

Hi, I'm starting to pick up Unreal after moving from Unity. I've run through a few tutorials so far and experimenting with the UE5 City Sample. I'm making a few tweaks here and there as I'm learning but I'm hitting a wall in a few places and could use some help figuring some of this out. If you are at least intermediate experience with Unreal and familiar with UE5 updates and don't mind hanging out for a couple of hours answering some questions and showing me how to do a couple of things, I can spring for some pizza and maybe some beer (or coffee).
