Meet your instructor Chloe Kent: As an American Council of Exercise (ACE) certified trainer, helping people achieve their fitness goals and pushing them to their potential is what Chloe loves to do. Chloe has shared her experiences for over eight years across various gyms in the Philadelphia area, and has translated her passion for sports and fitness into her work. Through her experience, Chloe has shifted her focus towards yoga, mindfulness and physical recovery work. She has truly developed a love for helping people of all demographics by teaching them how to incorporate improving their mental and physical wellbeing into their daily lives. The class: through a Vinyasa practice we will move through poses to build a strong foundation that is focused on utilizing the principles of alignment and the practice of personal awareness. This flowing form of yoga will transform your body and revive your spirit. Whether you're a beginner or avid exerciser, this class is for you!
