Seasoned property preservation asset management company with a stellar reputation. We're asking for a particular type of preservation professional. Must be very sharp, able to interface with management and code enforcement agents, ect. Must be able to communicate well in BOTH verbal and written forms. Must have years of experience with companies like Altisource, Safeguard, Xome, Ameritrust ect. Preferably as a direct client. We also work with Open door and Zillow. We need rehab as well as lawn and maint folks. We need someone that can take over a lot of lawns in Ocala. We are hoping for seasoned preservation personnel that already works in the area or understand the volume can compensate for the drive.
