Window Trim and baseboard touchup paint. They have already been done. Just need another coat. Windows have foam on them that needs to be cleaned off, inside and out. Front porch and back deck need to be cleaned off. Have about 4 windows upstairs needing trim redone. May need a couple of drywall patches painted.
