Where is the humanity in never actively working toward helping those who are homeless? The past administrations of our Bold City of the South gave little more than lip service. We need a dedicated Board of Humanity to do something more than study and recommend steps that are not taken. The City Council can find extremely creative ways to fund their executive bloated retirement. Why can’t they DO SOMETHING!
