Looking for a part time maintenance person for 28 apartments in Lake Delton / Wisconsin Dells area. Will pay $16 an hour to start. If you prove to be a fantastic worker, your wage will increase after a 6 month review.
You must know about plumbing, electrical and construction, such as putting in a new faucet or a new toilet, putting in a bathroom ceiling fan, replacing a door or window, putting in a wall air conditioner for example. Your interview process will involve each one of these things and you will be paid for your time if you know how to complete all of these items.
If you know some English it would be great but if you are a fantastic worker that is all that matters.
This may start with occasional hours and develop into approximately 20 hours per week and could be 29 hours a week when we are remodeling an apartment.
