We will gather together and connect... Matt & Katt (of The Freedom Family Band) will play some soulful medicinenmusic to warm us all up as we flow into a powerful yoga dance session taught by Alexis Bartolina. It's a throwback to when we all lived on Naples and joined together for Live Music Yoga on the Beach. We are all visiting for a limited time and are so excited and blessed to carry this medicine and share the vibes with all of you! We will be enjoying warm ceremonial cacao from Mandala Chocolate, blended with Katt's herbal touch. This will help open our hearts for a sweet and soulful movement experience, complete with medicine music from our heart and soul, weaving instruments, languages, and feelings from our wild journey of family life.
