Alfred Miller, Jr. is a native of Hobe Sound. The Miller family has lived in the Hobe Sound community since the early period of Hobe Sound’s initial existence. Alfred grew up in the Banner Lake community and attended Dunbar Elementary, graduating from Martin County High School and Bethune Cookman University in 1977. Alfred has been employed by the State of Florida for over 35 years. He has lived a life of service, providing assistance to youth and adults in the criminal justice system. He possesses a keen knowledge of the area’s history.
