Join us for an evening of song and dance. In this journey we will be exploring our masculine and feminine sides. Being playful in both aspects of our energies and finding the balance between the two. We will dance to a wide range of music styles. Music genres range from bass, house, tribal, funk, reggae, world beats, and medicine music. We will chant prayers and medicine songs exploring different pitches and tones in our voice and activating our throat chakra.
