Our Roasting Demonstration Class investigates the various factors that affect coffee during its roasting process. This class will begin with a discussion on the lifecycle of a coffee bean followed by a roasting demonstration and explanation of what takes place during each roasting stage. We will conclude the class with a cupping taste exploration of our different coffees. You will learn the techniques of properly cupping and slurping coffee and how to experience the unique flavor profiles each coffee offers. Each attending participant will also receive a freshly roasted bag of Purebred Coffee Co. coffee to take home and enjoy!
