Come meet others that want to work on stopping the airport. Please add to the agenda by commenting. This is a tentative agenda to keep us working and utilizing time: Coordinating last minute petition pickups on Dec 29th- getting volunteers, setting times, places and contact people Outreach: how to tell people about the meeting at GKHS and lobby day. Volunteers to spearhead this Research: many topics identified for lobby day that still need attention. A full current list will be in the comments. Involving stakeholders: I have lists of political backers of our lawmakers, many of which have businesses in our areas that depend on rural land. Lets contact them and inform them of what is happening and invite them to fight with us. Transportation: to get large amounts of people to Olympia we need to help coordinate transportation. How can we set up carpooling/rideshares/busses? Lobby day materials: help me turn information gathered into final handouts for lawmakers. Packets will be given to team leaders to share with lawmakers on lobby day. Marketing: we have access to money for signs and/or mailers with a partner organization. We need good marketing strategies to ensure funds are not wasted.
