Thank you so much." - From two friends who attended the Essence Subtle Body Yoga Series "I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to learn and practice with Alex. The Art of Slowing Down yin yoga series was both spiritually activating as well as relaxing and grounding in many ways. I left each class feeling rejuvenation, release, and peace. Additionally, Alex is ever-able to provide ideas and theoretical knowledge from a broad spectrum of healing arts, giving yogis tools and frameworks for both physical exploration and cognitive contemplation alike." - From a student who participated in the Integrative Yoga Series: The Art of Slowing Down "After trying multiple yin flow classes in Northside, Clifton, and OTR I can confidently say Alex Ryberg is one of the best Yin instructors around the Cincinnati area. Being a woman in a larger body, I am often self conscious about going to in person classes, but I have never felt an ounce of fear when I'm being lead by Alex. Quite the opposite in fact, Alex creates a space in which I feel safe and accepted. Her classes always help me to breath deeper, heal my aches and pains, and love myself just a little more each time. " - From a long-term, devoted student who has attended many of Alex's Offerings "I attended the Reset & Heal Retreat ... and I couldn’t be more enthusiastic in my review of Alex, the retreat, and the studio. I was nervous about committing to my first extended yoga and meditation practice of this type, and those anxieties were assuaged before the practice even began. The world is short on truly genuine people who make you feel welcome and safe, in a deep and meaningful way, even on initial introduction. Alex and the others in attendance helped create that atmosphere, which allowed me to let my guard down and really benefit from the healing and rejuvenation practices involved in the process. I would highly recommend Alex to ANYONE, but her demeanor and expertise in helping those with Trauma and those in need of deep emotional healing are second to none. 11/10!" - From a student who attended the Integrative Yoga Retreat: Reset & Heal About AlexAlex Ryberg is an Intuitive Healer, Advanced Thai Yoga Therapist & Training Instructor, Transformational Guide, Spiritual Entrepreneur, and Integrative Yoga Teacher (specializing in Yin, Restorative Yoga, Hatha Yoga, and Pranayama) offering Holistic Mind-Body Healing, Immersive Yoga Experiences, and Empowerment Coaching to the greater Cincinnati area and beyond.
