We can't wait to see you!Help us welcome Jenny Slate, Julia Glass & Ben Shattuck 12/19 @East End Books Boston Seaport!We have capacity limits for this event, so entrance is only open to people with a ticket.Tickets are limited, so get your ticket right away! Tickets include a VIP Reception and reading with the Authors 6 - 7:30 pm. Tickets also include a signed copy of the latest book from each Author and photos! Entrance for this event is limited to ticket holders.*There will be a book signing at 5:30 & 7:30 pm for people who aren't able to get a ticket for the main event. East End Books Boston SeaportDon't miss this very special book event & reception!This special event will feature Actress/Author/Filmmaker Jenny Slate "Little Weirds"(Jenny is an actress, stand-up comedian, and the New York Times bestselling author of the children's book Marcel The Shell with Shoes On. She has been in many movies and TV shows and also plays many cartoon animals).Jenny will be in conversation with Julia Glass "Vigil Harbor." Julie is the author of the novels A House Among the Trees, And the Dark Sacred Night, The Widower’s Tale, The Whole World Over, and the National Book Award–winning Three Junes, as well as the Kindle Single “Chairs in the Rafters.” Her third book, I See You Everywhere, a collection of linked stories, won the 2009 SUNY John Gardner Fiction Award. She has also won fellowships from the National Endowment for the Arts, the New York Foundation for the Arts, and the Radcliffe Institute for Advanced Study. She taught for more than ten years at the Fine Arts Work Center’s Summer Program and is now a Senior Distinguished Writer in Residence at Emerson College. Julia lives with her family in Marblehead, Massachusetts.Author/Artist Ben Shattuck "Six Walks: In the Footsteps of Henry David Thoreau" (A New Yorker Best Book of 2022A New England Indie BestsellerA New York Times Best Book of Summer, a Wall Street Journal and Town & Country Best Book of Spring). He lives with his wife and daughter on the coast of Massachusetts, where he owns and operates a general store built in 1793.
